Like a clear drop of water that reflects everything while remaining unchanged, the Clear Drop Method helps you experience all emotions with clarity — releasing what no longer serves, and extending that freedom to others.
Everything in the Clear Drop Method rests on four guiding principles — a complete framework for working with emotions as they arise, with wisdom and without force.
All emotions and experiences are workable when met with open awareness. Nothing needs to be fixed, changed, or eliminated — only welcomed and understood.
Every emotion contains within it the capacity for its own release. We don't force letting go — we simply allow the natural process to unfold.
Personal emotional freedom naturally extends outward. As we become less reactive and more present, our capacity to genuinely care for others grows effortlessly.
All transformation happens now. The past is memory, the future imagination — but freedom is always available in this moment.
Use this five-step practice whenever emotions intensify throughout your day. It takes less than a minute and can be done anywhere — in meetings, conversations, or quiet moments alone.
Take a conscious breath and arrive fully in the present moment.
"What am I feeling right now?" — name the emotion without judgment.
Welcome the emotion without trying to change it. Let it be here.
Apply the Clarity Inquiry: "Is there space in me for this to pass through?"
Extend care to anyone else experiencing similar emotions right now.
You're not trying to get rid of emotions — just loosening your grip on them. Each time you practice, the process deepens naturally.
The Clear Drop Method works through consistency rather than intensity. A gentle daily structure — morning, throughout the day, and evening — builds lasting emotional clarity.
Begin each day by setting intention, scanning your emotional landscape, and expanding outward with genuine care.
Whenever emotions intensify — in conversations, decisions, or transitions — return to the five-step CLEAR practice.
Review the day's emotional experiences with gentle curiosity, then dedicate the clarity you've found to the wider world.
Each day of the week carries a distinct area of practice — so that over time, every dimension of your emotional life is gently tended.
"What would self-acceptance feel like right now?"
"Where in my body am I holding resistance to this?"
"What opens up when I stop needing this to go a certain way?"
"Who am I beneath this story?"
"What is enough, right here, right now?"
"Can I see this person as doing the best they can?"
"What has grown in me this week that I haven\'t yet named?"
Progress is measured not by perfection, but by a gradual shift in how you relate to your experience.
Start with smaller, less intense emotions first to build capacity. You're not trying to eliminate emotions — just not be controlled by them. Forcing creates more tension, not less. Try applying Movement 1 of the Clarity Inquiry alone, without even reaching for Movement 2.
Your emotional clarity directly benefits everyone around you. You cannot offer genuine peace if you don't have it yourself. Include others in your intention.
Integration takes time. Focus on the underlying intention for peace and clarity. Allow the practices to evolve naturally as you grow.
Link practice to routine activities — meals, doorways, transitions. Every moment offers a fresh opportunity to begin again.
The method works through consistency rather than intensity, through gentleness rather than force. Start with a free guided session and discover what it feels like to truly welcome what's here.
